Smurfit Kappa Recycling currently operates an Integrated Management System (IMS) which includes the Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental aspects of the company's operations. Our company is totally committed to a policy of best practise and continuous improvement for all employees, products and services in order to implement a right first time and total quality policy.

All aspects of our operations are comprehensively risk assessed and all our employees undertake suitable safety training requiste with their roll within the company.

Smurfit Kappa Recycling is accredited to the ISO 9001:2000 standard, we are currently working towards ISO 14001 and is a member of both the British Safety Council's and Confederation of Paper Industries Recovered Paper Sector's Health and Safety Committees.

We have a stringent Environmental policy which is underpinned by the adherence to the principle of sustainability. Our philosophy is to look after the needs of today without compromising the life experience of our future generations.
